Email [email protected] with the subject line "Return Buddy". Include your iPhone model and iOS version if it's a bug. You can also tap Settings → Contact Support inside the app, which fills that in for you.

Common questions

I hit the 5-return limit. Did I lose my data?

No. Everything you added stays fully usable. The free plan limits adding more than five returns; it never locks what you have. Upgrade in the app to add more.

I subscribed but the app still says Free.

Open the app, go to Settings → Restore Purchases. If it still shows Free after a minute, make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID that made the purchase, then email us.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple, not by us. On your iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Return Buddy → Cancel. Or tap Manage Subscription in the app's Settings. Cancelling keeps Premium until the end of the paid period.

Reminders aren't showing up.

Check iPhone Settings → Notifications → Return Buddy and make sure Allow Notifications is on. Reminders fire at 10, 5, 2 days before and on the deadline day. If Focus or Do Not Disturb is on, they may be silenced.

A store's return window looks wrong.

Windows are the standard policy each store publishes, and exceptions exist (electronics, final sale, holiday extensions). You can edit any deadline yourself. If a policy is out of date, email us the store and the correct window and we'll fix it in the next update.

Can I move my data to a new phone?

Your data lives only on your device, by design. Use iPhone's built-in transfer or an iCloud/computer backup when setting up the new phone, and Return Buddy comes across with it. You can also export a CSV from Settings at any time.

How do I delete everything?

Settings → Delete all data in the app. Deleting the app also removes all of it. There is nothing on our side to delete, because we never had it.
